Pros

  • Book Looks Great

Cons

  • Lettering Small But Okay

Best Uses

Really nice gift for anyone who enjoys History and World War 11, put together very professionally & nice with the personalization. Only con comment lettering a little small, it should include a plastic page that magnifies words and it would be perfect.

This is very nice quality, and if you enjoy studying or learning about history, this is a very unique way to do so. It is fascinating to read our history in the making through the headlines of these newspaper articles....some headlines are breathtaking. It is difficult to put the book down once you start thumbing through the pages. The stories themselves are one thing, but you also see the ads that were running at the time and can get a real sense of the culture and economic pressures. The hardcover itself is very nice quality and works well for display as a presentation or a coffee table book. Keep in mind that it contains copies of newspaper articles, and as such, some of the copies are a little more difficult to read, and a magnifying glass comes in quite handy, but, overall, it is readable without the magnifying glass. The addition of your name printed on the cover and the inside front page is a nice touch. Everyone who has seen the one I own has said they would like a copy. I am ordering another copy today as a gift. The only comment that I have that is slightly negative is that I ordered my first copy in December, 2013, and at that time it was said to be "on sale" for exactly the same price it is on sale for today, 7 months later. When something is always on sale, it is no longer the sale price, it is the normal, everyday price.
