Comments about this product:
I have ordered many seasons of the original NCIS series and never had a problem until now. I have ordered NCIS Los Angeles seasons 1-4. The first season came completely damaged. The side where you open the case was a complete wreck. Then when I opened the DVD case the configurement that held the individual DVDs together (turned out to be damaged as well) so all of the DVDs fell out as soon as I opened them. I could have sort of tolerated the damaged to the outside of the case but if all of the DVDs are falling out I have to exchange that.
CBS was very great in responding to my problem. They were quick and efficient...
However when my exchanged Season 1 came . The outside was actually slightly damaged again. It was not nearly as bad as the first time I had received it but that is just unacceptable. Clearly the item is damaged before the item is packaged which is pretty sad.
My rating is not reflecting the quality of the show. This is merely reflecting the way in which my item was received. I think the original NCIS is better but this is still a fun show to enjoy watching at home.
